I have subscribed to a few and it will instantly say that the mod is downloaded in the Downloads menu but will not appear in game. For example in Europa Universalis 4 all of my newly subscribed mods which steam said it downloaded have not appeared. I have tried unsubbing, clearing my download cache, exiting steam, deleting appcache folder, restarting steam, resubscribing.

png No changes i can see that the redistributables work. I'm going to restart steam once more. Before I do I am going to unsubscribe from some mods that haven't installed and delete ones that are installed as well as their files in the mods folder and workshop folders. We'll see how it goes. I have no game updates going on, just the workshop is downloading. Alright I buckled down and reinstalled the games affected. Still is not working. Some mods updated which weren't previously but new mods still will not install.
